What God has called us to do1. Planting Relevant Strong Churches
- Recruit, evaluate, rehabilitate and train pastors.
- Help pastors gather/ train key leaders.
- Coach pastors through planting process and identifying elders, pastors, worship and small group leaders.
- Help stimulate creative outreach and troubleshoot difficulties.
- Help develop national church-planting movement.
- Encourage new indigenous music and songs.
2. Mentoring Healthy Pastors (wives and their families)
- Visit each pastor 2x year in their own country
- Take pastor & wife away for meals, the day or weekend
- Encourage personal spiritual growth and direction
- Connect and interact with wife and their kids
- Help them develop a vibrant, fulfilling marriage
- Help identify gifting, understanding of introvert/extrovert tendencies
- Offer personal, marital and family counseling or help set up locallySkype, telephone call, e-mail bi-weekly
- Offer personal, marital and family counseling
3. Expanding God’s Kingdom in the Spanish-Speaking Countries
- Bless other churches thru worship, small group, coaching and Sunday school teachers seminars
- Encourage outreaches to the poor and needy
- Stimulate evangelism thru family, friends, neighbors and co-workers
4. Networking Support for Pastors through Conferences and Retreats
- Bi-weekly Sunday night Skype group discussions
- Regional Retreats hosted in a different country each year
- Pastor’s National Conference in Costa Rica
- Bi-Annual Pastor’s Conference in Latin America
- Encourage, connect, train and accompany Pastors
5. Equipping Pastors with Biblical education and resources
- Partially fund scholarships for pastors finishing HS and Biblical training
- Help pastors with bi-vocational training
- Purchase new or used computers and set up with Internet/ Skype access
- Help pastors find audio-visual equipment and resources and other needed equipment
- Translate and publish key books in Spanish
- Make Spanish resources and links available on our website
6. Empowering Pastors and church leaders through worship, small group and strategic Leadership Development Seminars in our Pastors’ cities and regions
- Help provide membership to Coachnet in Spanish
- Seminars with our Pastors and friends of the Vineyard
- Retreats for brainstorming and developing short and long term planning for regions and countries
